1.General provisions #
These terms set the rules for using the Easy Move website and the services provided on it electronically. The service provider is:

2.Services provided electronically #
We offer two services on the site:
- an approximate moving price calculator,
- the request form.
Both are free and need no account.
3.Technical requirements #
An up-to-date browser with JavaScript and essential cookies enabled, and an internet connection.
4.Concluding the moving contract #
A request sent from the site is not a contract. The contract is made in three steps:
- RequestYou send the form or call us.
- Written quoteYou get the price and the scope.
- ConfirmationYou accept the quote and the date.
5.Right of withdrawal #
A consumer who concludes a distance contract may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason — except as described below.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
- Carriage of goods on a set date or within a set period (Art. 38(1)(12) of the Consumer Rights Act).
- A service fully performed with your express consent, when you knew you would lose the right of withdrawal once it was done (Art. 38(1)(1)).
You can send the withdrawal statement by email or post.
6.Complaints #
You can file a complaint by email, by phone or in writing to the company address. We reply within 14 days.

8.Final provisions #
Polish law applies to matters not covered here. We publish changes on this page with a new version number and date.
