Moving across Warsaw and nearby towns
Travel within 25 km included
We move people in all 18 districts of Warsaw and in the towns around it — from Piaseczno and Pruszków to Legionowo and Ząbki. Our office is in Włochy, at ul. Szczęsna 26, and the crew comes to wherever your flat, house or office is. When both addresses are in or near Warsaw, within 25 km, travel is included. Beyond that we move across Poland and to EU countries.
This estimate assumes our 20 m³ vans, making as many trips as needed. Several vans at once, or a larger vehicle to move the entire load in one trip, require a separate quote.
Moving in every district of Warsaw
Every district means different buildings and a different moving day. In an old tenement it is the stairs and the narrow stairwell, on a new estate the gate, the underground garage and the lift, in the centre a place for the van to stop. At the survey — a 20-minute video call or a visit — we check the access: parking, stairwell and lift. The paid parking zone covers Śródmieście and parts of the districts around it.
Left bank of the Vistula
11 placesŚródmieście · Wola · Ochota · Włochy · Ursus · Bemowo · Bielany · Żoliborz · Mokotów · Ursynów · Wilanów
- Śródmieście — the city centre: tenements and post-war blocks, often with no lift or a small one. The whole district is in the paid parking zone, and cars have limited access to the Old and New Town.
- Wola — office towers around Rondo Daszyńskiego, new apartment buildings and blocks from the communist era. There are so many offices here that office moves have a page of their own.
- Ochota — starts right next to our office: pre-war tenements of Stara Ochota, blocks of Szczęśliwice and Rakowiec.
- Włochy — our district, ul. Szczęsna 26. Family houses in Stare Włochy and Okęcie sit next to new estates by Chopin Airport.
- Ursus — Włochy’s neighbour to the west: new estates on the site of the old Ursus tractor works, next to streets of family houses.
- Bemowo — large-panel blocks in Jelonki and Górce and new estates around Fort Bema.
- Bielany — the low pre-war houses of Stare Bielany and the big estates of Chomiczówka, Wrzeciono and Wawrzyszew.
- Żoliborz — villas and tenements of Stary Żoliborz from the 1920s and 1930s, often with no lift, and new estates on former industrial land.
- Mokotów — the most populous district of Warsaw: from the tenements and villas of Stary Mokotów to the blocks of Stegny and the office buildings of Służewiec.
- Ursynów — blocks from the 1970s and 1980s and newer estates in Kabaty. Many estates have gated car parks, so it is worth agreeing the van’s entry with the building management in advance.
- Wilanów — the new estates of Miasteczko Wilanów, with underground garages too low for the van, and family houses in the older part of the district.
Right bank of the Vistula
7 placesPraga-Północ · Praga-Południe · Targówek · Białołęka · Wawer · Wesoła · Rembertów
- Praga-Północ — 19th-century tenements with narrow courtyards, usually with no lift; furniture often goes up the stairs floor by floor.
- Praga-Południe — the villas and low tenements of Saska Kępa, the blocks of Grochów and Gocław, new estates in Kamionek.
- Targówek — the huge large-panel estate of Bródno and family houses in Zacisze.
- Białołęka — the fastest-growing district of Warsaw, with new estates in Tarchomin and Nowodwory.
- Wawer — the largest district by area: family houses among pine woods. Moving a house is a different scale from moving a flat — more on the flat and house moves page.
- Wesoła — the furthest east, with estates of family houses by the border with Sulejówek.
- Rembertów — a small district of low buildings and houses, next to former military grounds.

Travel and price for moves around Warsaw
In the city and outside it we price the same way: for the whole move, not per hour. Within 25 km the travel is included; on a longer route the price grows with the distance.
- 1Up to 25 km — travel includedWhen both addresses are in or near Warsaw and the route between them is no longer than 25 km, the van’s trip there and back is already in the price. In the calculator this is the box “Both addresses in or near Warsaw (within 25 km)”.
- 2Over 25 km — we count the kilometres between the addressesWe count the route by road between your two addresses once: the van’s way back is already in the rate. In the request the distance comes from Google Maps for the addresses you pick from the list; in the calculator at the top, untick the box and enter it yourself.
- 3Over 250 km — an overnight stay, if neededThe calculator reminds you that moves outside Warsaw with an overnight stay or over several days are quoted individually — the cost of accommodation for the crew is added to the quote. Whether a night is needed, we agree at the survey.
The furthest towns on the list, such as Żyrardów, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Serock or Góra Kalwaria, may be more than 25 km from your Warsaw address — then enter the distance in the calculator.
Both addresses with a lift or on the ground floor, Monday to Saturday, no extras. All examples and the prices of extra services are on the moving prices page.
Further: all of Poland and the EU
From Warsaw we also move people to other cities in Poland and abroad. For a move to another Polish city the calculator counts the whole route: a 2-room flat from Warsaw to Łódź (about 135 km) is 3,338 – 5,905 zł — a route we do in one day. Abroad, within the EU — to Germany, Czechia or the Netherlands, for example — we move door to door. Every such route is different, so we quote it individually: write to us or call us. Move abroad (EU) →
Questions about where we go
Will you come to my district?
Yes. We move in all 18 districts of Warsaw, on both banks of the Vistula. Before the move we check the access, parking, stairwell and lift — on a 20-minute video call or a visit.
Do you charge for the drive between my two addresses?
Not when both addresses are in or near Warsaw, within 25 km: the van’s trip there and back is included. For a longer route we count the kilometres by road between your addresses once — the way back is already in the rate. In the request the distance comes from Google Maps for the addresses you pick from the list, and the price shows at once.
Do you move from Warsaw to another city?
Yes, anywhere in Poland. The calculator counts the kilometres of the route: a 2-room flat to Łódź (about 135 km) is 3,338 – 5,905 zł. Moves with an overnight stay or over several days are quoted individually — the cost of accommodation for the crew is added to the quote.
Do you move abroad?
Yes, to EU countries, door to door — to Germany, Czechia or the Netherlands, for example. The price depends on the route, the load and the crew’s nights away, so we quote every move abroad individually: write to us or call us and we will prepare a quote.
Where does the crew start from?
Our office is in Warsaw, at ul. Szczęsna 26 in Włochy. The calculator counts the distance between your two addresses, not from us — within 25 km travel is included.
Is a move outside Warsaw more expensive?
Within 25 km it costs the same as in the city: rooms with the kitchen and the extras count, and travel is included. On a longer route the price grows with the distance between the addresses.
