Moving prices in Warsaw
Our moving prices have no hourly rates: you pay for the whole move, not for the crew’s time. Set the rooms, kitchen included, and the distance — the calculator shows the range at once, and we agree the final price after a short video call or visit.
This estimate assumes our 20 m³ vans, making as many trips as needed. Several vans at once, or a larger vehicle to move the entire load in one trip, require a separate quote.
Example moving prices in Warsaw
This is what a typical move costs in our calculator. The lower figure is a flat with few belongings, the higher one is full wardrobes and plenty of furniture. Rooms include the kitchen, so a 2-room flat is 3 in the calculator.
Packing by our crew is an add-on: we pack everything you ask us to, and whatever you prefer you pack yourself. We set the final price after the survey.
For a move in Warsaw and the area within 25 km (except the Łódź example), both addresses with a lift or on the ground floor, Monday to Saturday, no extras. The van’s trip there and back is included.
What the price of a move is made of
- VolumeWe count 5 to 10 m³ per room. Fewer belongings put you near the bottom of the range, full wardrobes and lots of furniture near the top.
- CrewThe number of movers is matched to the volume — the calculator shows it at once. We use 20 m³ vans and make as many trips as needed.
- TravelWithin 25 km of Warsaw travel is included. For a longer trip the calculator adds the kilometres between the addresses; the van’s return is already in the rate.
- Stairs without a liftCarrying up and down the stairs is priced per floor without a lift above the first, at each address. The ground floor and the 1st floor are free, and the size of the load does not change the rate.
- DateMonday to Saturday at no extra cost. Sunday on request, with a 500 zł charge; the coordinator confirms the date.

Cheap moving in Warsaw — how to pay less
A cheaper move is not a lower rate, it is less work for the crew. Four ways that really bring the total down:
- Any day but SundaySunday adds 500 zł. Monday to Saturday you pay for the move only.
- Pack yourselfBoxes ready before the crew arrives mean less work on moving day and no packing charge.
- Take furniture apart beforehandEvery wardrobe you take apart yourself is 100 zł less for disassembly.
- Get rid of what you do not needFewer things mean a smaller volume and a total nearer the bottom of the range. We can take old furniture away separately.
Questions about moving prices
How much does moving a 2-room flat in Warsaw cost?
A 2-room flat with a kitchen is 3 rooms in the calculator: 2,550 – 4,750 zł for the whole move in Warsaw, both addresses with a lift, Monday to Saturday. Packing, furniture work and stairs without a lift are added only if you need them.
How much is carrying without a lift?
100 zł for every floor without a lift above the 1st, at each address on its own: the ground floor and the 1st floor are free, a 2nd floor is one floor to pay, a 4th floor three. The size of the load does not matter. The calculator ticks it by itself when your request names a floor without a lift from the 2nd up.
How much is a move to another city?
Within 25 km travel is included; beyond that the calculator adds the kilometres between the addresses, with the van’s return already in the rate. A 2-room flat from Warsaw to Łódź (about 135 km), for example, is 3,338 – 5,905 zł. For a route over 250 km we add the crew’s overnight stay in the quote, and a move abroad (EU) is quoted individually — write to us or call us.
Do you charge for travel?
Not within 25 km of Warsaw — the van’s trip there and back is included. For a longer trip, enter the distance in the calculator and you see the cost at once.
Is the quote free?
Yes. The calculator, the request, the video call and the written quote cost nothing and commit you to nothing.
Can the price change?
The calculator’s range is an estimate. The price in the written quote, agreed after a video call or visit, is final — no extra charges on moving day.
