Moving a flat or house in Warsaw
The whole move, one price
We move flats and houses in Warsaw and the area around it — from a studio to a house with a garden. A home move is priced as a whole: set the rooms, kitchen included, and you see an estimate straight away. We agree the final price after a short video call or visit and send it in writing — it does not change on moving day.
This estimate assumes our 20 m³ vans, making as many trips as needed. Several vans at once, or a larger vehicle to move the entire load in one trip, require a separate quote.
Moving a flat, by size
The calculator counts rooms with the kitchen, leaving out the bathroom and hall. So a studio with a kitchenette is 1, and a 2-room flat with a separate kitchen is 3. We count 5 m³ of things per room when there are few and 10 m³ when the wardrobes are full; the calculator picks the number of movers itself.
For the whole move in Warsaw and the area within 25 km, with a lift or from the ground floor at both addresses, Monday to Saturday, no extras. A move like this usually takes a full day. You pay for the whole move, not by the hour — the quoted price does not grow if the work runs longer. Packing, furniture and special items are priced on the moving prices page.
House moves in Warsaw and nearby
A house usually holds more than a flat: besides the rooms there is a cellar, a garage, an attic and a garden. A house with 5 rooms and a kitchen is 6 in the calculator — 4,750 – 8,800 zł for the whole move.
- 20 m³ vans, as many trips as neededWe drive our own 20 m³ vans. If your things do not fit in one go, we make more trips — that is already in the calculator’s price. Several vans at once, or one larger vehicle to move everything in one trip, are quoted separately.
- Cellar, garage, attic and gardenThe calculator counts rooms. Show us the bikes, tools, garden furniture and what is in the cellar during the survey, or describe them in the request — we include them in the quote.
- Big and heavy itemsPiano 500 zł, gym equipment 450 zł, large plants 150 zł, double-door fridge 400 zł — fixed surcharges you tick in the “Extras” step. Items over 150 kg are quoted individually.
- A house outside WarsawWithin 25 km travel is included. Beyond that we count the kilometres by road between the two addresses — in the request the distance comes from Google Maps for the addresses you pick from the list, and the van’s way back is already in the rate. Moving a flat with no lift
In an old tenement or a block of flats with no lift, everything goes down and up the stairs. We price it per floor: 100 zł for every floor without a lift above the 1st, at each address on its own — the ground floor and the 1st floor are free. From a 3rd floor to a 2nd floor, both without a lift, is 2 + 1 = 3 floors to pay. The size of the load does not change the rate.
You do not have to work it out: in the “Address” step enter the floor (the ground floor is 0) and tick whether there is a lift — the calculator adds the stairs charge itself. Is the nearest parking spot far from the door? Mention it with the address, and the coordinator will plan for it.
Packing and furniture disassembly
Tick only what you need — you do the rest.
- Packing by the crewThe day before the move the crew brings boxes, blankets, stretch wrap and corner guards and packs the flat; fragile items are wrapped where they stand. Packing a 2-room flat is 1,800 – 2,850 zł, a house with 5 rooms and a kitchen 2,850 – 4,950 zł; the amount follows the volume.
- Pack yourself, or split itYou can pack everything yourself or leave only part to us — the kitchen, for example. We agree the split during the survey. On request we bring boxes a week or two earlier; we set their price in the quote.
- Disassembly & reassembly100 zł per item, for each operation separately: a bed taken apart in the old flat and put together in the new one is two. Enter the number of items in the “Extras” step; if you are not sure, leave 0 — we count them during the survey.

How a flat move goes
Most depends on the building: the lift, the staircase and a spot for the van. Step by step:
- 1SurveyA 20-minute video call or a visit: we see how much there is and check the parking, the staircase and the lift. Within 24 hours you get a written quote — that price is final.
- 2Your part: lift, parking spot, neighboursAsk the building manager whether you can keep the lift for the move, and try to keep a spot for the van close to the entrance. Let the neighbours know the staircase will be busy for most of the day. The rest of the preparation, week by week, is in the moving checklist.
- 3The day before — packingIf you booked it: the crew brings the materials and packs.
- 4LoadingThe crew arrives at the agreed time — you choose a preferred start time in the request. We load in the order things come off, so that at the new flat everything goes straight to its place.
- 5In the new flatFurniture we took apart is put back together, boxes go to the rooms written on them, and packing waste goes with us if you want it gone.
Questions about flat and house moves
How much does moving a 2-room flat cost?
The calculator gives 2,550 – 4,750 zł for the whole move in Warsaw: 2 rooms and a kitchen are 3 in the calculator, a lift at both addresses, Monday to Saturday. Packing and furniture work are added only if you want them — see moving prices.
How long does a flat move take?
Usually a full day. You can give a preferred start time in the request. You pay for the whole move, not by the hour, so the written quote does not depend on how long the crew works.
What if the building has no lift?
We add a stairs charge: 100 zł for every floor without a lift above the 1st, at each address on its own; the ground floor and the 1st floor are free, whatever the load. Just enter the floor in the request and tick that there is no lift — the calculator adds it by itself.
Can I pack myself?
Yes. Then you leave packing unticked and do not pay for it — just have the boxes closed before the crew arrives. You can also hand us only part of it, such as the kitchen.
Do you take furniture apart and put it back together?
Yes — 100 zł per item for each operation. A wardrobe taken apart before loading and put together in the new flat is two operations. Furniture you take apart yourself costs nothing.
Do you move on Sundays?
Yes, on request: Sunday adds 500 zł to the whole move, and the coordinator confirms the date. Monday to Saturday there is no extra charge.
Do you move houses outside Warsaw?
Yes. Within 25 km of Warsaw travel is included; beyond that we count the kilometres by road between the addresses, with the distance from Google Maps for the addresses picked in the request. The way back is already in the rate. Moves with an overnight stay or over several days are quoted individually — the cost of accommodation for the crew is added to the quote.
