Office and business moves in Warsaw
We move offices and businesses in Warsaw on a weekday, at the weekend or in stages, so your team loses as few working days as possible. You get a VAT invoice and a written contract, and we give the price once we have seen your floor plan or photos.
What an office move includes
We take on the whole move or only the parts you need:
- Office furnitureDesks, chairs, cabinets, shelving and drawer units — wrapped in blankets and stretch wrap for the journey.
- IT and office equipmentComputers, monitors, printers and multifunction devices are packed separately and set down at the right workstations.
- Archives and documentsFiles and archive boxes travel taped and numbered, in the order you choose.
- PackingFor an extra charge: the crew brings boxes, blankets, stretch wrap and corner guards and packs whatever you ask — the whole office or selected departments. Whatever you prefer, you pack yourselves.
- Special itemsA safe up to 150 kg is 500 zł; heavier safes and server cabinets are priced individually.
- Removal and storageWe can take old furniture away separately (from 750 zł), and if the new office is not ready yet, your things can wait in storage (15 m³ from 350 zł a month).
Office furniture disassembly and reassembly
Furniture assembly comes as part of the move: we take desks, cabinets and shelving apart in the old office and put them back together in the new one before the boxes go in. The cost depends on how many pieces there are and what kind — we price it on site, after the survey.
How we plan a business move
A good office move starts with a plan, not with a van. The plan takes four steps:
- 1Floor plan or photosSend a floor plan or photos of the rooms by WhatsApp or email — or book a 20-minute video call or a visit on site. We check the amount of furniture and equipment, the lifts, access and parking at both buildings.
- 2ScheduleWe agree the date, the order of departments and the number of trips. We use 20 m³ vans and make as many trips as needed; the number of movers is matched to the volume.
- 3LabelsDesks, boxes and equipment get numbers by room and by the new floor plan, so the crew knows where everything goes.
- 4Moving dayThe crew starts with the furniture, then sets boxes and equipment down at workstations that are already in place. We agree everything with one contact person on your side.
Moving your business without downtime
We move offices on weekdays, at the weekend or in stages — the date fits your working week, not the other way round:
- At the weekendThe office works until Friday, and on Monday the team sits down at their desks in the new place. Sunday on request, with a 500 zł charge; the coordinator confirms the date.
- In stagesA larger company moves department by department: one team is already working in the new place while the next packs for its date.
We agree the dates and times before the move, so every department knows when it packs.
IT equipment and documents in transit
IT equipment is packed separately from the furniture and protected with stretch wrap, blankets and corner guards. Every box carries its workstation number, so in the new office it goes straight to the right desk. Before the move your IT team backs up the data and disconnects the equipment, and in the new office reconnects it once the workstations are set up.

VAT invoice and a contract for your business
A business needs paperwork as well as a crew:
VAT invoice for the move — you give the invoice details to the coordinator.
Written contract — the scope, date and price are in writing before the crew arrives.
Written quote — free, within 24 hours of the video call or visit. That price is final, with no extra charges on moving day.
How much does an office move cost
An office move starts from 3,800 zł. That is the move alone, with everything packed by your team; packing by our crew is an add-on — an office with packing from 5,600 zł. We price each one individually — not by rooms, but by what actually moves: workstations, furniture to take apart, equipment, archives, floors and lifts. Office moves across Warsaw and nearby towns
We move offices in every district of Warsaw — from Śródmieście and Wola to Białołęka and Ursynów — and in the towns around the city. Questions about office moves
How long does an office move take?
It depends on the number of workstations, the furniture to take apart, the archives and the lifts. The written quote names the crew, the van and the arrival time, and for a move in stages the dates of each stage, so you know when the team starts in the new office.
Can the move happen at the weekend or in stages?
Yes. Besides weekdays, we also move offices on Saturdays and Sundays, or department by department. Sunday is on request, with a 500 zł charge; the coordinator confirms the date.
Do you issue a VAT invoice?
Yes — a VAT invoice for the move, and the scope, date and price go into a written contract.
What should I send for a quote?
Both addresses with the floor and whether there is a lift, a rough number of workstations, a floor plan or a few photos of the rooms, and a date that suits you. If you are moving archives, a safe or a server cabinet, say so straight away. Send the request with the form below, and the plan and photos by WhatsApp or email.
Do you provide boxes?
Yes. On request we bring boxes earlier — a week or two before the move — so your team can pack at its own pace; we set their price in the quote. If our crew packs (an add-on), it brings boxes, blankets, stretch wrap and corner guards on the packing day.
